How quickly will I hear back?
André personally responds to every inquiry as promptly as possible. Tell us if the request is urgent. We will discuss the earliest feasible intervention date, subject to scope, approvals and availability.
What information should I send?
Include the property address, the items needing attention, your preferred timing and any building access restrictions. André may request photographs by email to clarify the scope.
Who handles licensed trade work?
Appropriately licensed independent professionals handle electrical, plumbing, HVAC, roofing, structural, window and door work. You contract directly with the responsible professional. Horizon provides administrative coordination and does not act as a general contractor.
How is the price agreed?
Pricing depends on the location, scope, materials and timing. The proposed tasks, costs and responsibilities are clarified before acceptance. Any independent provider quotes its own regulated work.
Can you help when I am away from the property?
Yes, owner-approved access, appointment scheduling and updates can be discussed. Please share building rules and your preferred contact method. Technical inspections and rental or association management are outside this service.
Does the form confirm an appointment?
No. Your preferred date is a request. The scope, availability and required approvals must be checked, and the appointment confirmed separately. CU26-8706 is Under Review; service commencement remains subject to the required approvals.
